Kitchen nook seats four near the family room with inviting gas fireplace centerpiece, comfortable new furnishings and digital cable television. Slider door is just off of the kitchen leading to the huge fenced grassy backyard and concrete patio with table and chairs and charcoal barbeque and hot tub.

Due to clients request, over the past 10 years, we offer "Clients Choice" for CLEANING FEES, unique to Absolutely Bend Vacation Homes.
It is now our policy that all towels and linens are laundered by clients and kitchen is completely put back in place and no cleaning fee is charged OR if you prefer to have us to do the laundry, cleaning charges will apply at $40 per hour or $120.00 and charged to your credit card. Stains to the carpet are charged, as well as additional cleaning fees if they apply.
Final sanitation, vacuuming mopping and dusting is done by ABVH at no charge.
Four car maximum parking two in garage and two in driveway only. NO parties are permitted on property at anytime. Absolutely no smoking is permitted on the property anywhere. If any evidence of smoking of any kind is found by ABVHS cleaning personnel your entire deposit is forfeited and additional cleaning fees may apply.
