NO CLEANING FEE if CLIENTS leave the home in the same order it was received, with the exception of dusting, sanitizing and final vacuum. All towels and bedding washed and dried, kitchen in order with dishes done and put away. Additional cleaning will be deducted from our security deposit at the rate of $40. per hour. ($120.00 max). Amount of rental is charged at time of booking.
