To Order online follow the steps below

  1. Find your property from the navigation on the left hand side of the website.
  2. Once you are on the property you desire to Reserve & Book click on the Check Availability button to see available dates.
  3. Once on the Check Availability page select your dates by using the drop-down menus for Arrival and Departure Dates. You can also check the calendars towards the bottom of the page to see what is available.
  4. After selecting your dates click on the Check Availability button and you will get immediate feedback below that button as to availability and price.
  5. Please note that the Damage Deposit is only an Authorize transaction and will only be charged to your credit card if needed.
  6. If your dates are available and you would like to now Reserve and Book them click on the "Reserve" button that appears with your feedback.
  7. Now at the shopping cart page you can double check your information before continuing onto Checkout. If all seems correct proceed by clicking on the Checkout button towards the bottom of the page.
  8. If you would like to take this property out of your Shopping cart and choose another check the Select box to the right of the property and then click on the Delete link at the bottom of that column.
  9. Once you have proceeded to Checkout you will land on your information page next. Please take the time to fill in your information correctly and read our Terms and Conditions before proceeding. If you have been given a Coupon or Discount Number please enter it at this time.
  10. Proceed by clicking the Checkout button.
  11. On this next page you will enter your credit card information then hit Checkout again.
  12. Click to Confirm and View Receipt
  13. Here you will see your receipt that will also be emailed to you. There are also links for Customer Feedback and if you would like to Continue Shopping.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Absolutely Bend Vacation Homes reserves the right to keep 50% of all fees and charges if you find a need to cancel more than 30 days prior to reservaton date. If you cancel within 30 days before reservation date 100% of all fees and charges may be kept. In both cases if the property can be reserved for your cancelled dates you will be refunded.
